Your membership begins. The £5,000 insurance excess is contractual — payable only in the event of an at-fault incident.
No. 07 — House rules
A few things, plainly stated.
- —Members must be 30 or over.
- —A minimum of three years' clean UK driving licence.
- —No claims in the previous three years.
- —No additional drivers permitted.
- —Vehicles remain within the United Kingdom.
- —12,000 miles per annum, per member · £2.00 per additional mile +VAT.
- —A car may be held for up to 60 days before swapping.
- —Membership is capped at fifty seats.
No. 08 — Terms & conditions
A twelve-month commitment.
Membership of Yokra is a fixed twelve-month contract, commencing on the date of your first reservation. There is no exit fee — the term simply runs its course. If you choose to pay monthly, that arrangement is a finance agreement with our partnered broker, covering the full twelve months.
- —Membership term: twelve (12) months from the date of your first reservation. Renewal is offered, never automatic.
- —No exit fee. The twelve-month term runs in full; early withdrawal is not refunded.
- —Monthly payment option: provided through a partnered finance broker as a fixed twelve-month finance agreement, subject to credit checks, interest and broker fees. Yokra does not bill monthly directly.
- —Waiting-list deposit: £1,999 secures your place and is non-refundable. Paid separately from your subscription and is not the insurance excess.
- —Insurance excess: a standard £5,000 excess applies on each at-fault incident, set out in the membership agreement and payable only in that event.
- —We reserve the right to terminate membership for material breach of the House Rules.
