Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of yokra.co.uk (the "Site") and the application / waiting-list process operated by Yokra Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site describes an invitation-only mobility club. No content on the Site constitutes an offer or a contract. The collection, the marques represented, pricing and benefits are illustrative and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 30 years of age.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence held continuously for at least three years.
• You must have no at-fault claims in the last three years and no unspent convictions for serious motoring or dishonesty offences.
• The membership is restricted to the United Kingdom, with delivery within UK mainland only.

3. Application and waiting list

Submitting an application places you on a waiting list. The membership is capped at 50 seats. The committee reviews each submission personally and you may not hear from us for up to 28 days. If you are shortlisted we will then carry out further checks (credit, income affordability, KYC, AML and sanctions screening) before issuing any invitation.

4. £1,999 waiting-list deposit

• The deposit secures your place on the waiting list while the committee reviews your application.
• Membership is capped at fifty. We accept applications and deposits beyond that cap; applicants in the overflow position are only offered an invitation when an existing member departs and a seat becomes available.
• It is paid separately and is not deducted from the £30,000 initiation fee or annual subscription.
• If your application is approved, you will be invited to settle the £30,000 +VAT initiation fee and £120,000 +VAT annual subscription — paid directly to Yokra, or financed monthly through our partnered finance broker.
• The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where your application is declined or where Yokra is unable to offer you membership. It compensates Yokra for the cost of reviewing your application and reserving your place on the waiting list.
• The deposit is not the insurance excess. The standard insurance excess is set out in clause 5 below and in the Membership Agreement.
• If your application is not approved, your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Insurance excess

• Comprehensive insurance is included in the membership fee.
• A standard £5,000 excess applies on each at-fault incident, written into the Membership Agreement.
• The excess is only payable in the event of an at-fault incident. It is not collected up-front and is separate from the £1,999 waiting-list deposit.

6. Membership fees, term and exit

Membership is offered at a one-time £30,000 initiation fee payable at the start of your membership, plus £120,000 per year, in each case excluding VAT. The minimum term is 12 months.

Monthly payment of the annual subscription is available only via our partnered finance broker, structured as a fixed 12-month finance agreement covering the full annual subscription, and is subject to credit checks, interest and broker fees set by the broker. Any such finance agreement is between you and the broker; Yokra is not a lender.

The 12-month membership term runs in full. There is no exit fee; however the £30,000 initiation fee and any subscription paid (or financed) for the term are non-refundable. Detailed termination, swap, delivery and incident terms are set out in the Membership Agreement provided on invitation.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Use the Site in breach of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access the member portal or admin tools without authorisation.
• Reproduce, republish or commercialise any Site content without our written consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, photography, copy, logos and the name "Yokra" are the intellectual property of Yokra Ltd or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties relating to the Site's content and availability. Vehicle availability, specifications and photography are indicative only.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability to you arising from your use of the Site (excluding any subsequent Membership Agreement) is limited to £100.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside.
