No. 02 — Live Voting
The collection answers to its members.
Every motor car in the collection carries a vote-out counter, visible from your home screen. Voting is always live — but only materialises at the close of each quarter.
- Cast or withdraw a vote at any time, on any car.
- The first car to reach 13 votes in a quarter locks the ballot — that car is retired and replaced.
- Quarterly cycle. If no car reaches 13 by quarter-end, counts roll over.

At 13 votes the ballot for that quarter locks instantly. The car leaves the collection at quarter close and a successor is chosen by the Members' Council.

No. 03 — Queue Swap
Any car. Any queue. No gatekeeping.
Want a car that's currently in care? Add yourself to its queue — there is no cap on queue length. Because no member can hold a car for more than 60 days, your wait is mathematically bounded.
- Join the queue for any car at any time.
- 4th in line? You're guaranteed delivery within 180–240 days, typically far sooner.
- Live ETA updates as members release cars early or extend within their 60-day window.
No. 04 — Instant Swap
Five cars, always idle.
We deliberately keep five motor cars idle in rotation at the London base. Pick one, choose a date and time, and our concierge delivers it to your door.
- Always five idle cars available for instant swap.
- Book any slot more than 24 hours in advance, within working hours.
- Door-to-door delivery anywhere in England & Wales.
- Minimum hold of 5 working days per car. Keeps our drivers off the road every morning and your weekend plans intact.
Working hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–17:00 · Fri 09:00–13:00. Closed weekends and bank holidays. Maximum hold remains 60 days.

Every car in your care comes with a direct line to the House. Non-urgent matters are logged as a ticket from the app. Anything urgent — a warning light, a breakdown, an incident — call us immediately. We'll dispatch.
- Submit a ticket for stone chips, kerbed wheels, soft tyres, infotainment glitches, scheduled servicing.
- Call +44 330 043 6788 immediately for warning lights, breakdowns, accidents or anything safety-related.
- Replacement vehicle dispatched the same working day wherever possible, anywhere in England & Wales.

- On your return, we'll deliver any car in the collection to the arrivals terminal, your home, or anywhere in England & Wales.
