Membership Agreement (Summary)

This page is a plain-English summary of the principal terms of the Yokra Membership Agreement. The full Agreement is provided to you on invitation and prevails over this summary in case of any inconsistency.

1. The membership

• Invitation-only, capped at 50 seats.
• Single membership tier — Flagship — granting access to the entire flagship collection.
• Personal membership only. No additional drivers; the named member must be the sole driver.
• UK residents only. Cars must remain within Great Britain.

2. Fees

• One-time £30,000 initiation fee + VAT, payable at the start of your membership and non-refundable.
• Annual subscription: £120,000 per year + VAT.
• Monthly payment is available only via our partnered finance broker, subject to credit checks, interest and broker fees. Yokra is not a lender; any finance agreement is between you and the broker.
• Minimum term: 12 months, automatically continuing thereafter unless terminated on 30 days' written notice.
• £1,999 waiting-list deposit, paid on application and separate from your subscription. Non-refundable in all circumstances. Not the insurance excess.

3. Use of the collection

• Reserve any motor car in the collection through the member portal.
• Hold a single car for up to 60 days before swapping or returning.
• Annual mileage allowance: 12,000 miles, pooled across the cars you drive. Additional miles are charged at £2.00 per mile +VAT.
• No telematics tracking is fitted by the club.

4. Delivery and collection

• Concierge delivery and collection within UK mainland.
• Delivery / office hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–17:00, Friday 09:00–13:00. Closed weekends, bank holidays and other office-closed dates published on the portal.

5. Insurance and excess

• Comprehensive insurance is included in the membership fee.
• A standard £5,000 excess applies on each at-fault incident, written into this Agreement.
• The excess is only payable in the event of an at-fault incident and is invoiced to you at that point. It is not collected up-front and is separate from the £1,999 waiting-list deposit.

6. Member responsibilities

• Drive lawfully and within the manufacturer's intended use; no track use.
• No commercial use, no carrying passengers for hire, no rallies or motorsport events.
• Report any incident, damage or warning light to the concierge as soon as reasonably possible.
• Promptly notify any change to your driving licence, medical condition or address.

7. Termination

• The 12-month term runs in full. There is no exit fee; the £30,000 initiation fee and any subscription paid (or financed via the partnered broker) for the term are non-refundable. If you have entered a monthly finance agreement with our partnered broker, that agreement continues for its full 12-month term irrespective of your use of the membership and is governed by the broker's terms.
• By us, on 30 days' notice (or immediately for material breach, fraud, or loss of licence).
• On termination, any outstanding excess for at-fault incidents and any unpaid fees are settled within 30 days. The £1,999 waiting-list deposit is not refundable on termination.

8. Governing law

The Membership Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
